I got in touch with Sruti through a common friend for my wedding e-invite but little did I expect the extreme level of unprofessionalism when we started. Will list out the pointers from my experience: 1. The caricature sketch quality was poor, hardly had any resemblance with the photographs shared 2. When asked for changes or when given feedback, it wasn't taken well and there were plenty of push backs 3. They couldn't even get the content done properly despite sharing the soft copy of the wordings and layout (along with line spacing, what needs to be bold, what needs to be in a separate line, different fonts, etc) with them 4. They do not stick to timelines promised, are highly unprofessional and come up with excuses for everything 5. Would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

*Wish I could rate negative* Inviting our loved ones for one of the most important days of our lives is a wonderful and important thing. If you want to ruin it, Sashtra Cards is the right place to go for. Courteous owner. Good collection. But worst work practices & ethics and irresponsible employees. I paid advance 1.5 months before my wedding reception.. They couldn't deliver the invites even 2 weeks before the event.. Oh wait.. they didn't even start the printing work even after giving my own design. Eventually, I had to cancel the order and was forced to settle for an e-invite. WORST.

Yesterday we went to enquire about the price range in Menaka cards Thiruvanmiyur branch. The customer service was pathetic. They had card ranges only starting from 15 we asked them about the price range between 10 to 15 also we found a card for 26 same card in different branded marriage card showroom it was only 12 when we asked the customer executive was sacartically teasing as he was referring to another card showroom and telling that if you go there you will find card ranges even from 5. This is the way they treat the customers..

We had very bad n untrusted experience from majestic cards...They are totally cheating...Very worst staffs n management also....Please don go to this shop....please close this shop n get lost u cheaters ....

Very worst customer services we had wen v ordered for wedding card, after selecting card they ask us to come 5 times for proof verification, after final verification also they did a mistake in NAME itself on the card, wen v ask they simply telling it happens, same thing happened for my friend also, even though v went it's our biggest mistake , 2 week went still v didn't get cards, worst service by staff n manager saravanan
