The red bean soup is popular for it's comforting sweet flavor. The ingredients and the preparation style varies depending on the locale. While the Japanese enjoy it with rice dumplings in the form of a porridge, the Vietnamese eat it with coconut milk.

Black Sesame Soup

It consists of foursimple ingredients- black sesame seeds, rice, water and sugar. Yup, that's just it. This dessert helps with indigestion because it acts as a cleanser. Make sure you thoroughly rinse your mouth afterwards because it generally leaves behind a black residue.

This makes the dessert more denser and also, healthier.
