I experienced lot of Irregularities/Dishonest Practices, No Terms/Conditions (written), No Do's/Dont's (written), No Guarantee on Refund of Deposit, No Hospital/Care takers/Paramedics/doctors, a Must in any Old Age Homes. No fridge to store insulin. 1 Doctor (GM) once in a Month only. Forcefully Impose Jain Culture on us/non jains (eg, Jain Temple/Worship only, Dinner at 6:30 pm only, instead recommend 8/9pm). They say it's run by donors contribution but, charge? Old ones not to be bed ridden for > 2 days or shall be sent back home without deposit refund. Suitablity stay 7 days too costly, flat for everyone & unjust (2/4 stay) Manager extremely rude/dictatorial behaviour. Managing Trustees don't entertain genuine feedbacks or scope for improvements but, blow their own trumpets. Can't visit kitchen seems Fishy. Bottom line, dosent meet any criteria of an old age home & just a show off to dupe the donors & us.
