It is too much helpful for me, I had try to join yoga classes but due to some overburden of my work I can't manage my time to spend on yoga. But now I can do my yoga practices in comfort of my own home at preferable time from personal yoga instructor.

I suffer from social anxiety, and idea of stepping out of the house scares me. through going out panic me, I knew one of the best way to treat it is yoga. A million of thanks to you sir for your friendly teaching yoga exercise and meditation at home. I feel much more confident now.
