"a true martial arts centre A perfect destination for people who are aspired to learn martial arts and it's secrets... The Best Kungfu Master I ever heard of. He daringly says that, only his academy provides traditional & modern kungfu in proper way throughout Asia. Most interesting thing is that he hits "without touching". Kungfu students of other classes, Pls visit him. You will surely find a difference from your academy. also this academy is Not for road side romeos.. the place for warriors.."

"I used to tell my Daughter the following: You can go to a GYM. It will improve your physique. No doubt. What about your mind? How to control and direct it? YOGA/PRANAYAMA is the only solution. YOGA will do wonders for any one. No doubt. I know this, because I practiced it. You can practice it by reading books. But there is a danger in it. I have a personal experience. I started doing YOGA in my college days in the year 1989 by reading books. One day when I was practicing YOGA I fell unconscious and injured my head. Doctors required 5 stitches to stop the blood flow. Why it happened? Because I did YOGA without any instructor and by reading books. Books cannot tell everything. What happened is, I stretched too much and fell unconscious. So it will be better to get guidance first before you can do it on your own. I can say, 2-3 months is required to learn and fully understand and do YOGA independently. I am ready to teach YOGA to any body. CORPORATES, SELF HELP GROUPS,"
