Personally, I liked the structure a lot. It creates an easy opening to enter my inner space. All subjects were taught so well in a very positive and good constructive way. I also learned so much of the attitude of the staff, always being clear, friendly and without getting personally involved. I see this as a very stable form of freedom, which was very inspiring for me. In all the subjects, there was so much to learn. I liked that very much. I liked the humour, the challenging parts, the confrontations with my personal growing process and I really got some important insights. This made it possible for me to accept myself and being patient during my own practise. Thank you all.

Yoga have been taught to me by many teachers before Pratibha ji. I have been doing yoga for about 8 years with Pratibha ji but I can confidently say that Pratibha ji is the one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, she helps you develop your practice in a way that is mindful of your body shape, flexibility and strength. I recommend you to attend her session... of course, challenging but calming yoga classes where each and every student learns so much about how they can improve their practice.I am obliged!

At the beginning of the yoga Sessions I was worried I would feel isolated in my Yoga classes as I have a back injury which often limits my movements. I was pleasantly surprised that my Yoga teacher Pratibha was so welcoming and caring about all the students with any kind of injury and were always giving us alternative exercises to keep us involved. This definitely made my experience so much more enjoyable. I also really appreciated Pratibha’s humour in her classes, as I never left her class without a smile on my face.
