Chiropractor Omkar is a very professional and thorough chiropractor. I have never thought of trying chiropractor as a solution for body stiffness prior to my first experience with him and wasn't even sure what to expect from the session. I had a stiff neck and miss aligned back since 3 days and was in trouble due to that. so thought of trying it for the first time and I am not disappointed at all. Post my first session only, my neck and back is feeling relaxed which is a huge relief. His clinical knowledge is outstanding and he is also compassionate and empathetic. And his yoga knowledge is definitely add on to it. What I learned in his session is that yes, It's a hard thing to get your body cracked but then your neck, back and your posture will be with you for a long time. I am going to try more sessions in future and I am definitely recommending him for his chiropractic service.

we had a bad experience hiring him , not professional and committed , paid fees beforehand , then he started taking too many leaves, telling us he will make up those classes later which he then refused too and not ready to refund the missed classes amount which is quite a money loss as the monthly fees also are a big amount. classes not structured properly , is in rush through the classes, no improvement seen so had to discontinue after a month , suffered loss, got cheated !! have all records as evidence...

I am Debosree from Tripura , Agartala. I am taking Online yoga classes from Ms.Darpan ma’am. Today I will share my experience. I am suffering from LEAN PCOS and Thyroid(Hypothyroidism) for a few years and I am always underweight. As we all know this is lifestyle syndrome, The best we can do is Yoga, pranayama, and a healthy lifestyle. As I am a working woman and being middle class I have a responsibility, I can't give time always however I really try to give and this is because of Darpan Ma’am. She is supportive, and always motivates me not only that she is friendly and now she become like family. She guided me and in a few months, I feel energetic and increased my stamina. I am happy with my online Yoga classes and especially with Ms.Darpan Ma’am. Thank you.

I have been attending yoga classes here for 6 months now. I have been attending consistently and have gone from 76kg to 67kg. The main reason for starting the?same was because of my sinus infection. Was having trouble breathing normally. The instructor has well identified my issue and has been training me accordingly for breathing exercises and also overall fitness in general and also diet advice which I have started noticing the benefits of. Also the instructor is very friendly to interact with and feel free to clarify any of your doubts.
