Service was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was incredibly poor, and the food quality fell far below expectations, lacking both flavor and freshness. The owner seemed more focused on making money, as they didn’t provide proper responses to calls or messages and offered no discounts even when ordering in large quantities. This experience fell far short of what I had hoped for, and I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking decent food or good service.

Never go by google reviews, I had ordered lunch for 50 people for my house warming ceremony. The only edible item was the banana provided at the end, remaining every dish was very bad and if there are any negative rating I would have given it. Per plate meal was 220, but the lunch was not even worth 100 rs. Totally disappointed by the service provided by these caterers. And whole blame game started when we reported about the quality of the food, there was some labour issue, he could not taste the food while dispatch and stuffs. House warming ceremony for us wont come every year like birthday and anniversary where one can fix the issues and celebrate it again, these caterers spoilt the whole celebration for us. Be aware before going in here.

When we think about celebrations, Deeksha Caters is always our option and We ordered food for our Housewarming Ceremony and Satyanarayana swamy pooja The food was delicious. It?s been a privilege to deal with Mr.Nataraj(Deeksha Caterers). From the beginning he has been upfront & easy to talk to. The situation we were in, led to Mr.Nataraj, having to arrange/take-care of layout and start serving without any supervision or direction. Guests were a crowd of diverse age & ethnicity. The real experience, was how he lived up to his promise and how well the food was appreciated by all the guests. Also, the staff from Mr.Nataraj?s group were courteous & respectable with guests. It all added up. If, there was something that went well, without issues in all the clutter of occasion, it was Mr.Nataraj?s catering. While I say this about Mr.Nataraj, while I am not a difficult customer, I am very particular. So, all the above that is being said, is a soft of a benchmark, that have had been superseded. A very positive moment of truth ! I would definitely look up to Mr.Nataraj for any next occasion, I may need catering for.

We hired Deeksha caterers for my mother's 80th birthday celebration on 15th February 20.The food was tasty ,simple and made exactly the way we wanted it,without usage of garlic.The best part is it tastes just like homemade food.Mr.Nataraju has been always very cordial and responsive throughout our dealings and his support staff members were pleasant and helpful too.I will highly recommend Deeksha caterers and will surely be using their services for any future event too .

Good Catering service!! Availed the service of Good Food Kitchen, Kasavanahalli for catering service for the Housewarming Ceremony. They provided both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Lunch for 90 people. There were four to five for serving the food. The food was delicious and the quality and quantity of food were good. Totally I paid Rs 20000. Really happy with the service.

Their management was good, Food was delicious and of very good quality. Perfect on-time service was provided by the team. They charged me a nominal amount for this service, I preferred the pure Vegetarian food. All inclusive the service was outstanding.
