Param has been with Sulekha almost since its founding, helping grow the company to its current position as a leading broad-based digital commerce company. Param began his career with McKinsey & Company, Inc, in New York. He served clients in the industrial, service, telecommunications and financial service sectors. Later, after a short stint on Wall Street as the Director of Corporate Finance of a boutique investment bank, he co-founded and was President of Integra Technology, a database software and application development products company. When Integra was sold to IKON, a Fortune 500 company, it was a technology leader in its space and its products enjoyed worldwide critical acclaim and market presence. Param later served IKON as part of their Mergers and Acquisition team, formulating and implementing their acquisition program. He is also Chairman of Indigo Monsoon Group, an investment firm; and sits on the Board of eShakti, an online customized women's fashion apparel company.

Param is a graduate of St. Xavier's College College of Calcutta University, a C.A., and obtained his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He helped in founding the TiE organization in Seattle.

Satya Prabhakar is the CEO of Sulekha, an Indian firm funded by GIC (Singapore), Norwest (Palo Alto) and Mitsui (Tokyo).

Sulekha is India's leading digital consumer brand and technology platform for local services, connecting millions of users with local service SMEs in 50+ cities and 200 categories of services.

Originally from Machilipatnam, Satya got his B.E. from NIT, Trichy and worked at Philips.

Satya gained admission into the top four Indian Institutes of Management (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and Lucknow) but enrolled at the University of Florida, Gainesville to get his Masters in Computer Science. He researched and published technical papers and consulted with TCS (Pune) in database systems.

Satya returned to the U.S. to get his MBA from the Warrington School of Business with a full scholarship.

He worked at Honeywell (Minneapolis) as an engineer and AT&T (Austin) as a business manager before founding Sulekha with Sangeeta Kshettry.

He was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus by National Institute of Technology, Trichy and by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for entrepreneurship. He won the AT&T Cabinet Award for business excellence & Honeywell Spirit award for technical excellence.

Satya was featured in 500+ media stories and invited to speak at Wharton, Goldman Sachs, Nanyang U., IITs, IIMs & ISB. He published 50+ technical, business and general interest articles, including in HBR and WSJ Mint.

Satya is on the Board of United Way (Chennai) and a Charter Member of TiE.

His interests include writing, investing, tennis, chess, badminton, film-writing, philosophy, photography.

Promod has more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry and currently serves as managing partner at Norwest Venture Partners (NVP). Promod joined NVP in 1990, and has invested in more than 60 companies since he began his venture career, producing nearly $30 B in exit values to date. More than 20 of his portfolio companies have gone public and nearly 35 have been acquired (or have gone public and been acquired). Promod was ranked as a top investor on the annual Forbes Midas List for nine years, and in 2004, Forbes named him as the #1 venture capitalist based on performance over the previous decade. In 2006, Promod was presented with a Global Leadership award from NASSCOM, and he was recently honored with the 2011 SV Forum Visionary Award based on his outstanding achievements and contributions to the technology industry.

Prior to Norwest Venture Partners, Promod spent 18 years in various operational roles ranging from product development, marketing, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at various public and private companies including Siemens International, Thorn EMI, Emergent Technologies and Dimensional Medicine, Inc.

He received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delhi, India. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he serves on the advisory board.

Harish Raghavan is the Chairman of the Board of Gracie Point LLC, a specialty finance company that is a leader in structuring financing solutions for the acquisition of life insurance by its clients who, in general, are ultra high net worth individuals. Gracie Point owns a licensed premium finance lender in the U.S., and insurance broker licenses in all 50 states.

Prior to his current role, Harish was the Global Head of UBS Investment Bank's Structured Products and Strategic Solutions Group. He joined UBS from Merrill Lynch where he was the Global Head of New Business/Product Development. Harish worked at Merrill for 16 years.

Harish holds the Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses.

He is a graduate of the Wharton School and on the Board of Trustees for the Orpheus Chamber Music Orchestra. Harish lives in Manhattan, New York with his wife Ramaa and their two children Sachin (16) and Ananth (13).
