"We went on a 5 days trip to Kerala-Munnar, Alleppy-kovalam organized by Kalpaka Holidays. From the time we were picked up at the Cochin Airport and till we were dropped back, everything worked flawlessly. Kalpaka team showed ultimate professionalism at each step. Our email/phone interactions with Kamal and Deepika resulted in them putting together a customized tour package to match our interests and schedule. The hotels that were picked in each location were excellent. In particular, we were completely blown away by the Elysiume garden Hillview resort, Munnar. The tour driver were very cordial and knowledgeable and the most crucial element of the tour was the car and driver. We had a Toyota Innova that drove very smoothly and accommodated all of our luggage. Our driver, Mr. Kiran was just superb, he was extremely accommodating to all of our requests and was always on-time. Every time we got back to the car, we will find it cleaned up with new bottles of water and a very refreshing frag"
