Dr Srinivas Karnati is graduated from the College of Veterinary Science, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad in the year 1995 and established Vet N Pet. He even has completed his Animal Welfare course from Madras Veterinary College. He is a renowned Animal Welfare Activist and has served the Department of Animal Husbandry, Govt. AP for over 10 years in various capacities. Dr Karnati, an active personality in the many professional and social bodies. At present, he holds Vice President post in TG Veterinary Association and Vice President to the Pet Practitioners association of Hyderabad. He also founded Animal Welfare Society in the year 2004 to serve the stray animals and have executed Animal Birth Control Program in various municipal corporations like Hyderabad (GHMC), Vijayawada (VMC), Bangalore (BBMP), Solapur, Bilaspur by neutering near about 100000 stray dogs. Vet N Pet Specialty clinics for dogs have been established in the year 1995 with 4 branches in Hyderabad and one at Vizag. Since then it is catering the veterinary needs of AP. There were only few Private practices in AP with no multi specialty facilities for the pets especially during early 1990's. After the inception of Vet N Pet specialty clinics, there are many changes in the field of Pvt canine practice. It led to the current modern pet clinics and vet hospitals with state of art infra structure facilities.
