1. They hire freshers and put them through a 1 week training program where you are made to learn how to parrot / mimic the ?master trainer?. Conceptual knowledge and expertise isn?t a concern here - only that you adhere to a script and stick to it. So you?ll see a lot of teachers who themselves can?t score a decent gre/gmt/ielts or toefl score teaching you these subjects! No scope for personalisation: the course books are quite rigid and lack depth. You are not usually allowed to go away from script. So no scope of personalisation! Like I said - classes there are more like how burgers are made at Mc Donald and not like how you?d expect a proper education company to administer education! Very few success stories! They have a lot of students and about 1 percent get a good score. This is obviously going to happen either ways! When I was there, there were many times I questioned the point of test preparation that they provided! I would not recommend DNA Eduvantage Pvt Ltd(Partner of M-TPR)
