The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel manager is a fraud, I stayed here for few days and he used to ask for money everyday buy never gave receipt upfront. He would say "I ''ll give u receipt after some time as calculations I have to match". One day he went on leave after taking a payment and as usual said to give receipt later. I had to checkout next day so I asked the other guy present in the hotel as a caretaker for receipt of previous payment. He checked in receipt book and denied any payment as receipt he couldn't find. I asked him to call the manager who took payment but his mobile was switched off. Anyhow the other guy managed to call him on someother number when I insisted too much, the manager denied the payment and said if I had paid then receipt would have been given. I tried to remind him a lot but he didn't agree and then I realized that he did fraud and ate that payment and didn't make receipt. I should have called the police but I was there for medical purpose of my relative. Apart from that the hotel is too stinky and filled with cockroaches on bed and commode. I don't know whether hotel owner is involved in this forgery.

In the centre of city near main Hazratganj market this hotel stand tall. It's more like business hotel than luxury hotel. But the rooms, service and staff are fabulous

Yashi 1 OF 5 The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty.. services.is too late Toilet was horrible....Ambience was very bad. Could not stay 2 single night but paid Rs, 4500/ they are making us fool..Such a cheap people. . They asked for 1000 for 25 hours now they are saying 1000 it's for 12 hour for only . But before they said that our check out time is 24 hours...Overall a horrible experience for 2 day... Awanish singh Hotel Tip: We are not satisfactory as the room facilities were not good at all and there was not a single coat hanger available; everything was bad! The room was not proprly maintained; staff was not convenient ... They cheat us they talk to us for different charges and we have to pay different amount of money .. fraud hotel
