Very Worst Service Ever. 1. Horrible management 2. Male Attendants go out everyday and get drunk and come back home, which is disgusting 3. change of attendants with out prior intimation 4. if we disagree for the change, Grace Homes management will show their true colours of harsh words and warnings - We pay the money upfront and get bashed in the end 4. attendants don`t focus on work as they are not paid in timely manner 5. Hospital beds are not in good condition, inspite of charging too high

I am Doctor and my mother is a medically compromised person needing Bedside care. I have used the services of 3 different service providers, but I have been most impressed by the services of Sahaya. Both with the quality of service as well as the response of the administration. Especially by Dr. Raghu who is the owner and a certified Physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend Sahaya for a great experience.

Hello All, I had taken services from this care home and they are really good people on the whole. But here is a glitch with home care services. After hiring them for a month I have paid total amount of 23K for a bed service attender. Unfortunately, A small bedsore had developed in the back for my father which was not told to us until we discovered it. And they didn't bother about blood sugar level of my father which went up to 200 on the night before his death. Having served for 10 days I have offered them 15 days of payment but they have refused to return any money saying that this is not a proper to return back. I feel that a point has to be noted once they keep boys at home they won't visit again to know the whereabouts. Sorry to say that my dad passed away with the services offered by this homecare and urge everyone to be careful while dealing with this sweet speaking couple. Anyways it is advised to be careful with such services which might take away your dearest ones.
