"The rooms are modern, airy, and glass with every amenity imaginable - electronic shades to darken the room, televisions in the bathroom, marvelous beds and linens, computer access wireless and otherwise, treats as you arrive, a butler...... Security is tight and one must use a key in the elevator to access the floors."

"We stayed at the imperial Palace in June 2008 for 2 nights and 4 days and were extremly pleased with the service we were given. OUr standard rooms were upgraded to executive rooms as the standard were all booked without being charged any extra costs. We were given 5* treatment throughout our stay. The Customer Service and aftercare were brilliant and were very proffessional throughout and are highly recomended.the location is well placed and is not far from the domestic airport, shopping malls are near by and transport facilities are very good too."
