One of the worst service provider I have ever seen. Highly unprofessional behaviour with intentions to lure the customer. I booked 7 N 8 D Holidays during diwali period 2016 spent as per their requirement
They gave comitment of 4* rated hotels and gave 0 * rated hotel where there was no proper food or hygenic rooms were avaiablem. I booked my holidays with NEERAJ who is an official of Aatithya travel. He just gave wrong commitment and bogus arrangements. during my journey had to argumentswith him and came across Keyur Kotak who assured for good services and credit note to assuring refund of rs. 10000. For that also I chased this guys for 45 days and at last got some mail mentioning credit note with so many ifs and buts which I rejected stating we are not accepting it as they are inappropriate by nature.
I have been cheated very badly I suggest travellers to take everything in writing before you go for holidays. Don't go by face value of agent like NEERAJ or Keyur.
