Got my refrigerator repaired so I contacted this service vendor and they sent a technician and check the refrigerator he said it compressor problem and they changed the compressor and they refill the Gas in Refrigerators. so they did the service. He charges me 5200 for the service charges. Overall, it was Good service.

Worst customer service center. Took our whirlpool washing machine for repair and taken 45 days. Said not received spare parts blah blah blah all these days. And finally asked us do you have idea of buying new machine. We went to shop and shouted at them and got back machine home. They have broken all parts. Rajeswari kavitha and old lady at showroom are worst. They just don't say sorry for their mistakes but asking us not to shout. Kindly don't call up this center for service.

Since my TV was having a problem, I contacted this centre where he came home and checked and took the TV to the service centre .he told that the TV will be returned within 1 week, but one had passed out and he did not do so.so I went to the centre directly and took the TV and I did not pay the service charge 350 to them which was said earlier, So I'm not satisfied with their response.

Had Adapter problem in my Washing machine, so consulted this service centre and got it repaired. They charged me Rs 300 only. I am happy with this service centre as they returned the product in two days itself.

Flatron TV's picture tube was not working properly so i approached this people to fix this problem. The amount which they quoted from me for servicing was Rs.2,500. Work was completed within 3 days. I am very much satisfied of their response.

There was some issue in my LG TV so I contacted these guys. They just came and checked and said it will charge around Rs2000 for services. But I did not avail their service since the cost is high. So they took only the service charge as Rs350. I feel their charges was high when comparing with other people. It was OK services.
