I purchased a Hitachi Split AC on 10.9.20 from the Janpath Bapujinagar BBSR showroom. I was assured of 3 free services within a year. But the dealer is most unco-operative in providing these services. For the first service I had to telephone them repeatedly after which they sent a machanic 10 days after the scheduled date. Now for the second service I have already telephoned them twice. Is it my duty to follow up? They are not taking any interest. I am highly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
