Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I visited Ahalia -Uloor for eye test for my daughter on last Saturday and after tests doctor suspected Glaucoma and asked to go for Glucoma package for 2000 Rs and asked to come after 3 days for Eyes 'power checkup.I visited again today informed to take Glaucoma package but Reception team said during initial registration itself should opt for that package and can't 'opt for that package now.I communicated that this was not informed initially, they told they can't say to all the customers and I have to pay 5000 for the tests.I am not ready to avail any further tests due to their unprofessional approach.

It is the eyes hospital .in which all the machine are available for the checking of the eyes .In which all the doctor are the very good .they have the good qualified .They give the very good advice .Its very beneficial for the care of your eyes .Its fees is the very low .It does the complete treatment of the eyes .So people can you use this service.
