Akbar Travels of India Pvt. Ltd. Elgin Kolkata

My experince with Akbar travels is pathetic. At the time of booking, they told me, they will provide hotel room of Rs. 4000/- but the hotel which were provided in jaipyr was of Rs. 800 and in hotel which was booked doesnt have basic facilities like wadrobe in room, TV was not working, phone was out of order, AC remote was broken and AC can only manually working. In toilet, basic facilities were not available. Same here in mount abu, what they promised &what they booked are far from reality
