Never use aramex for international shipment .........worst experience i have faced with them ........they hold my shipment for 4 days and still dont have any answer when they are going to deliver. Making nonsense excuse that they dont have enough ground staff to deliver the courier. Secondly their customer care executive is saying that as per PIN location they need atleast 48-72 hr to deliver the parcel. Irony is that distance between delivery address and their branch office is mere 3 km. So beware of using this agency for international shipment atleast. Nitin

i like them, they are pretty good, i had to receive a courier urgently and i contacted them and they delivered before time for which they had to go out of the way, they didnt charge anything extra , i am so grateful to them
