Professional and prompt though a little costly
Very bad service provided by Bala Electronics, Palavakkam. I requested to do service my Onida LED TV which is not working. They sent 1 technician to my home. I feel he is not at all professional and experienced at work. He came on 16th May to my home and took my TV into their factory and said need to replace some parts on TV. But, he didn't do any service properly and told now TV is working fine. He returned my TV on 17th May. While I checked my TV it was not working properly. So, I tried to call them much time about this issue. But, there is no response from them. So, I am waiting for their reply. I paid Rs 1600 for the total service charge. I am not happy with their service.

I got an excellent response and service from this Bala Electronics, Palavakkam. I had a display issue with my Samsung LED 32 inches TV which is in Out of warranty period so contacted them. They responded quickly and one technician came to check the fault. Replaced with new led lights and rectified the problem within 3 hours. Now it is working good. They have collected Rs.3,000 including service charges, I don't know whether he charged me reasonable or not. I am satisfied with their service.
My LG LED Television had both Audio and Video issue. A technician came from Bala Electronics and to repair my TV. He took it to the service center and returned the LED TV repaired by changing the board. Now my LED TV is working fine. His work was excellent.
Not satisfied with this Bala Electronics, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. For my TV repair & services I contacted them they came and done the service. I paid 5500 for overall service. The technician came and done and they change the parts on TV and it works well for only 2 days. Again it got repaired, So I am not at all happy with their service. Overall I got unhappy from this service provider.
