The branch staff is not supportive without intimating the customer i.e. they have categorized my minor baby account as dormant when infact regular transactions are happening since last 4 years. Inspite of repeated follow up the senior of the branch is not able to help me and giving me foolish explanation that if only credit happening since last 6 months and there is no debit then the account goes dormant...What rubbish!!!!! Be aware!!!!
