Richa Kothari Internationally certified Zumba and Bokwa Instructor Waking up early for a walk was something I always did even as a kid. That active soul within never rested even when I was a fashion designer. I was always drawn towards a more healthy profession. Besides, I have a little one to take care of which brought the change. I had some spare time at home and I utilised it in giving dance classes to enthusiasts. Since, I was trained in dance it took little time for classes to grow. However after several suggestion I blended my dance with fitness and begun Zumba studio. On routine of taking care of my toddler and to teach dance, I decided to take up a professional course on Zumba and fitness. And this was it! I came to Vadodara from Delhi and it was bang on everything was falling in to place. My Zumba clients' list splurged 10 to 30 to 60 covering 6 batches a day i was taking all alone and then gradually started giving training to instructors under me to handle the increasing number of batches. More than people appriciating me, what is love the most is their trust on me as the right Zumba instructor. I always work on myself to compete with my own self to be better than what I am today. People today more inclined towards health and fitness. And burning fat not from heavy GYM exercise but from a mere passionate dance is loved by many. It's like club where it isn't the calories intake but to dance on music to outrun the calories! The music soothes your soul and dance works on your core, arms, legs, glutes and back.
