I purchased several items through online from Banashankari 3rd stage Bangalore big bazaar. The items are of poor quality. Out of the items purchased two coconuts were rotten and I tried to complain through the telephone number given on website but it is regretted that no phone is on existence, such a pathetic situation of Big Bazaar
