"2 photocopier machines required servicing in our CBSE school. One was Canon and the other was Konica. One technician came from New Crystal Copier in Perambalur to rectify this. There was a software, hardware and drum issue in Canon photocopier. He resolved this problem in the Canon photocopier and also refilled the cartridges in Konica photocopier. He came twice to resolve the issues. He charged Rs 4200 in total for rectifying the fault in both Canon and Konica photocopiers. His work was very good and hence an excellent service."
