I bought a book from amazon which was shipped through Blue Dart. But the shipment was not delivered to me saying that the Shanmuga Nagar in Vayalur Road is beyond their coverage area when tracked with the number. I tried their phone number in Cantonment and Thillai Nagar offices continuously but no one picked the phone from 10 am until now (10:36am) today 11APR2017. Such a superb service.....shame on you guys.
