They were supposed to deliver a package on 13th May but didn't. When I looked on their site, it was updated that customer requested reschedule which is a lie as they never called me. Delay would have been okay but this is simply unethical.

Normally I used this Blue Dart Express Courier Services. For sending and receiving the parcel from mumbai to other location.charges depends upon the weight of the parcel.Their service was very good. Till now we haven't received any complain regarding their service. They used to deliver the parcel ontime.good service by them.
