Blue Dart Express Ltd. Thane West Mumbai

Their service is not up to the mark that I was expecting from "Blue Dart Express Ltd., Thane West." One of my Paytm couriers is supposed to come from Delhi to Mumbai on 9th July. Delivery did on 5th or 6th July from Delhi. Still, not reached to me. Charged Rs.125. I contacted them but their Nos. are incorrect or ringing. Only I am receiving a message regularly that it will be received. I am not happy with this service.

I was looking for some domestic courier to send a pair of Headphones for exchange to Noida,so this work was done through Blue Dart, they charged Rs70 which was very nominal charges which i too didn't expect, it was a nice surprising service.
