Very bad service when i am in my address they showing the consignni is not available how could they do this this is a cheater company fraud company how the get business very very bad experience for me

I am disappointed With the service and behavior of yeshvanthpur blue dart service ,the receptionist is very arrogant in manner instead of helping the customers speak rudely doesn't share necessary information .This will spoil the customer relationships and company business.

Received the parcel from Delhi to Bangalore through this courier . Courier was delivered to some one. They did not inform me about this .i was waiting for the parcel .after 20 days, I called them and asked about it .after some issues, they delivered the parcel to me.i never expected such service from them.overall, i had very bad experience with them
