very impressed with the room facilities, especially, the comfortable beds, the only gripe, and it is not really one, is that the pillows were too hard for my liking........the name of the hotel is very nice all over in this city.

Office person are very politely handle the costumer, so its too comfortable to me, whenever I required any clarification about the tourist place as am a new this area, they are helping to me a lot.

Exceptional hotel, location, staff and service,it is an excellent place to stay.

it is nice.The staff was friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room service for breakfast was great - good food, good service. I did not use the hotel amenities of pool or exercise room, but they seemed nice. recommed you this name.

Hotel Ginger in Trivandrumi will Stayed only one night there, They were fully booked for the next days, many tourist groups. It's large, nice gardens, attentive staff,The room was big, clean, furniture looked old, that was the hotel's look.

The Hotel has very good design,the interior is very beautiful,it fully air conditioned.food items are hygienic,they are very tasty.service charge is a little bit expensive. But highly Recommended.......
