This fraudulent person told me that he will replace my laptop motherboard of similar make but he fitted inferior motherboard which he only told me after replacing it and told me not to worry. But after replacing it, my laptop used to heat too much and mother board lasted for only one week. He took Rs 3500 and he is such a shameless person that he didnt assumed even 1 % responsibility of trying to fix it again. Dont even think of visiting this shop.

The sales person Mohit and Mohan are top fraud working on this store...we bought a 8 gb laptop and he was trying to hand us 4gb...please be careful with the horrible staff there ..advise never visit this store ...probably going to launch an FIR

They don't keep the genuine product and sell to the customer. Customer ko Baad me pareshan krte hai and fir hopeless banjaate hai. I will not recommend it to anyone. Better go to any other showroom for laptops. Seriously bolrha hu inse samaan mtlena bhot bekar aadmi hai.

The people here have so much Ego, especially the lady which sits on the phone, they have a very vague attitude towards the customers and are always in a frustrated mood and dont even know how to talk to customers. On asking them about laptop which i had left with them for repair (under warranty, had just been 2 months since i bought it) at first they said that they had called me only once all this while and that it didnt connect, which was clearly a lie and was pretty relevant on the sales guys face, and they themselves have communication barrier, the lady on the phone doesnt even know anything so why is she sitting as a representative. being frustrated, i politely asked for my laptop back in whatever condition it was. On this the sales guy reacted so fiercely by literally throwing My "delivery" document which was given to me when i had left my laptop, on his desk and walked out immediately. i was shocked to see such behaviour, he was acting as if he was doing some kind of a favour.
