My friend had a pathetic service experience.He was supposed to board on flight from Istanbul to Mumbai,on july 4.his connecting flight was from Izmir at 16:30 hours.he reached Izmir airport at 14:00 hours,and asked them to put him on flight that was to be departed at 15:30 hours,as his flight was delayed by 40 min.They told him that there won't be any problem,and he will be able to catch his Mumbai flight.but there flight,further got delayed,he was supposed to board on another flight from Mumbai to Indore (to attend a family function)which he missed because of them.also they are not taking any responsibility for same.Never,ever travel with them.There were at least 100 passengers(for different destinations ),who were not able to catch there flight because of them.
