I paid an advance amount or Rs 1250 for 5 classes. But I told them that I have fixed another tuition and asked them to refund the amount. I didnt take even a demo class. But they reduced 500 Rs (250 for providing service and 250 for just booking for a demo). They did not provide any service and did not give even a demo, but took 500 Rs. They did not inform about this terms and conditions when they spoke with me initially. So please talk with them clearly before taking their service
