Very bad service. I gave them my laptop for servicing. I dont understand what they did. My laptop is not even starting now. They are asking to get windows renewed.just to make money. I will not recommend anyone to go in their shop for service issues.

I bought a laptop on June and I found that warranty and all were expired when I went back to exchange within the first 3 days he told that model was like that only. I went several times then after first week he's telling that replacement was valid only till first week. THERE WASN'T EVEN AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL WITH THE LAPTOP!!! Now even some properties of my laptop isn't working. When I saw the carton box date date of manufacture was given as 27th December 2018!! I would've given NEGATIVE STARS if it was available!!!! He even took more price than that showed online!!!!!

Please if you love your laptop or computer or any electronic item you are thinking to get repaired from here, don't do it! I got my laptop repaired from here for which I have to pay 3800 rupees. He said that the frame internally was broken and he has fixed it all and for that he took 1800. There was tape on my frame which he said was to hold the new work on frame till it becomes strong . After a week when I removed tape I saw the frame was much more broken then it was previously and it was just supported by the tape. When I again went to him he it's not his fault. He said I would have broken it again after the repair and rejected to return money or fixing it. So finally I have to pay again at other shop to get my frame fixed even if I had paid 3800 to this cheater.

After assembling a PC in a very good competitive price, It's failed to work with a month. No help provided by the technician of Suvo computers except blaming me about suspected wrong use and not buying AV from him. I am using PC/laptop for more than 19 years and after pre purchase discussion with the owner Mr Subhajit Dey, a very gentleman, was convinced with such low price of components. But if I could know about his low graded technician(which is difficult to know by first customer ), I would bye only components from Suvo computers, and assemble with with a honest one.
