After several calls I have made to this Concept Security Systems, in Bhopal H.O for complaint about my 1 unit hidden camera was not working complaint they have not given proper response and not taking a direct visit for inspecting. Before a week I have purchased the Rs.4000 worth Spy CCTV Household indoor type camera with attached mobile app recording. From 3 days that was not working. At the time of purchased same day, They have visited and installed the unit now I am suffering some issue in my product that service technicians are making delay to visit my place.I am requesting to you to visit and resolved the issue asap
