I had purchased ceramic floor tiles two years ago. While purchasing the tiles i had the exact measurements for two type of tiles. while supplying they made a mistake. they had supplied more of one quality and a less of the other. ( my requirement was vice verse) I did not realize while taking the delivery. Eventually i had to return the unwanted tiles and to buy the same quantity of other tiles. But to my surprise they did not take the tiles. The manager was very adamant. Even after my request for several times they did not bother to respond. I had to buy the required quantity of tile after paying the heavy price from the same shop. The left over tiles worth around 9,000 rupees are still with me. Please do not buy anything from this shop. They speak nicely but they are most crooked people. I had a bitter experience with these people. The prices are exorbitant. Do not buy anything from this shop. if you do so you are inviting headache.
