"Satisfied service provided by this "Palki Tour & Travels", Dum Dum, Kolkata. I contacted this travel agency to book a car. He gave a good response to me so I booked a car with him. He came on time, the driving was good and the driver also was good. It was a local trip 8 hours journey. He charged Rs 2800, but if they provide Google Maps tracking system with the driver it will be very useful to find the route. Otherwise, the service and driving were good."
