Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior and Room Policy
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your hospital staff and the handling of my patient’s room during an ICU transfer.
On 4th March 2025, my patient, a CGHS beneficiary, was shifted to the ICU at 9:30 PM for one night. However, within 15 minutes of the doctor leaving the hospital, I received a call from Mr. Amit (Receptionist), asking me to vacate the room immediately or pay ?2,000 for the night. When I requested to speak with the doctor, Mr. Rohit (TPA staff) and the team refused to provide Dr. O.P. Agrawal’s contact details, defending their actions instead of assisting me.
The staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior towards patient attendants is highly unacceptable. The way they spoke, without considering the situation, reflects poorly on the hospital’s standards.
