Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
Divine Heart, Lucknow does not have sufficient medical facilities to meet critical care patient’s treatment, diagnostic machines for testing in ICU & except for Heart, for all other medical consultation Doctors are on call as per availability in the city. Duty Doctors of PG students who even don’t have any seriousness to parameters indicated on ICU machines. Even for an arrhythmia alarm , the Doctor on duty kept silent. Dr Ambukeshwar Singh- cardiologist with Divine Heart & Multispeciality Hospital, Lucknow is incompetent to decide treatment after a patient suffers a heart attack. He has no idea for multiple organs and can carry heart stent surgery for patients admitted in wards. Doctor ON-Call - Dr. Prashoon Kant (Pulmonologists) , who visited as per his convivence & not need of ICU. The staff is not attentive, the place is unhygienic, and the management is poor. The standard of care is low, and I wouldn`t trust them for any health issues. Terrible experience overall!

Worst Hospital, They are very good to make a long bill. They have no humanity. Edit: ( After Divine Response):- You fool- i lost my special one, My mother had Cancer and you guys said Heart problem, Gallbladder stone and then done multiple tests unnecessary then finally you operated her gallbladder from a outside hired doctor. After that he said that its not heart and gallbladder problem its look like cancer and then doctor ran away after collecting and sending the sample for biopsy. And because of operation Apollo doctor said who was fucking doctor tell you people that its simple gallblader removal operation. Then i said Fu**ng Divine Heart & MUltispecialty Hospital. So BE AWARE: If you have simple fracture or infection then they will do heart disease test and their specialty charges for their own doctors and when case will slipped off then they will argue with unnecessary comments. Without 1 star I m not able to put my comments otherwise this hospital not worth for any star. Careless staff,stupid and greedy doctors specially Dr A K Srivastava. I suggest that please DONT go to this hospital. Agar paise lene k bad bhi ye patient ko bacha paye to koi issue nhi but ye sirf paise chusna jante hai. ICU ka per day ka 20 , 24 K lene k bad bhi you can't find nurse and Dr in ICU on Sunday. What a negligence. Doctors bhagwan hote hai ...I must say is hospital k Doctors kamine hai. Emotion to nhi hai but patient ko patient bhi nhi samjhte. Har patient ko icu me dal k they try to show ki bahut serious hai aur agar bacha liye to credit lete hai ki inhone bacha liya verna bol dete hai bahut critical condition thi. My mother admitted here since last 40 days and she was consistently in icu and they were not doing anything in start aur jab bahut jyada tabiyat bigad gai aur weakness ho gai to bole heart issue hai aur at last unka oxygen level 60 ho gaya jo ki 90 se niche nhi hona chahiye fir bhi nurse ya Doctors ne koi step nhi liya. Meri sister unse milne gai aur tab unhone ye dekha aur Nurse ko bola. Dr A K srivastava was out of town because of marriage and his staff was celebrating sunday. And all because of this we lost our mother. I strictly say NO for this hospital. A K srivastava ne heart hospital nhi butcher khana khol rakha hai.
Dr A K SRIVASTAVA approach is not good, if you you visit their hospital with symptoms of any other disease they always corelate with heart disease and suck your all money.
Short review comment - This hospital and its director (Dr. Srivastava) sucks the money (as well as blood) from patient and give wrong advice to suck up money. So please avoid getting stuck to this hospital.<br/>Detailed Chronology - My brother has been advised by Gastro (from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital) to give Sodium through drip/IV in the supervision of Cardiologist (as he is cardio patient). As it was a single day procedure so we opted Divine hospital (worst ever decision) to do so. As soon as we admitted him, doctors in Divine hospital did some basic checkup and advised him to admit in ICU as his heart beat was lower than expected (though he was healthier enough to simply walkin to the hospital). <br/>Without checking his past cardiac history thoroughly, they simply put temporary pacemaker which was not required at his heart rate (we got to know later when we spoke to his regular cardiologist and he mentioned that though his heart rate was low but it was pretty consistent)
