We have booked courier to Shamshabad from Mangalore. while booking they said door delivery is available but when the courier reached to shamshabad they sai we dont deliver to address. my delivery address is located 1Km from main bus stand. Staff is behaving rudely. Instead of PROFESSIONAL they can keep UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER

It is very bad experience they will said 2-3 days we delivered but after 8 days also it was not delivered waste of time waste of money don't trust dtdc waste courier facility provide they will charge high amount but they don't have minimum responsibility to transfer the courier? ??

Worst service ever, trying to reach them is difficult. Always i receive a message saying consignee is not available at the address inspite me being at home all the time and no attempt to make a call to consignee was done inspite of mutiple times requesting them to solve the issue !. No one is bothered I feel .

I am not receiving my courier from blue dart.. My courier is stock in Madina Guda hub.. Plese kindly contact me.... I am already dialing the number which u r providing, but the number is a wrong number. It is very unprofessional behavior and I think it's a fraud service
