Beware they mention wrong weight of our parcels, so better to first take an image of our parcel and then dispatch. We were their regular customer but we have experienced their cheat recently and shockingly they are not ready to accept their mistake which proves to be fraud. Our 2kg honey total parcel weight was max 3700gm and they mentioned 6070gm and even not ready to accept their mistake and compensate. Its just a matter of less than 100bugs but still for us its a matter of honesty with customers, not cheat. Communicated with their couple of staff through email but it seems their staff is taking care of their ego, not customers.

Delivery boy may ring once or twice. (not even complete bell round). If we call back within 2-3 minutes though they says we were at your door steps and we are started back. But the true is, even they didn't start from office. DTDC Business concept may good. but its implementing channel is not reliable. Third class service. I sent the parcel through dtdc feom delhi to gurugram, just coz it was urgent. Paid more than double, but didnt get delivered. Nl one picking the phone, sector 56 branch office people picked, but said that they dont deliver in sector 55, and said that head office sent them the parcel by mistake and they have returned it. Head offc people not replying. Feeling helpless
