Garuda vega international courier service Mehidipatnam Branch is cheating Customers , They are quoting higher rates stating that these are their own rates and sending through UPS at lower rates, When I noticed this facts ,He is saying THAT we don't have our own flites and every one will send through either UPS or DHL, . And also saying that if anyone cheated by me, that is Customer ignorence , you people should know this Facts before coming to Garudavega. Please don't go to the Garuda vega, Mehidipatnam, Branch, Before going to Garudavega also check other Couriers Questions and proceed. otherwise you would be cheated by Garudavega MEHIDIPATNAM BRANCH.My parcel weight for 15.5kg, He charged Rs.13000/- and send through UPS for Rs.12400/- I have proof of Garudavega Receipt and UPS Question.

The worst packers in HYDERABAD area, I have booked them for my entire shifting from HYDERABAD to KOLKATA, these guys took total 28 k + 3k insurance amount to safely deliver all my products. But at the time of delivery in my KOLKATA address I have found that the entire copper pipe for my ac (price of 3k) got missing, and my bed has several scratches. When I called the owner Surendar, 1st of all he didn't want to acknowledge the missing thing due to their lack of professional behavior, then he started toggle between various reasons for the parts missing. Lastly after various fake promises, he stopped taking up my call. Ultimately I can say only one thing, these guys are not worthy to trust about your product's safety, don't hire them at all.

This person Narendra is fraud and escapist. I placed a order for73kgs in august 2021 I received part of my courier to Australia and he returned back 13kgs back to my home in India for stupid reason and dint not refund the amount till now march 2022. he is not answering my calls and responding to my messages. I called him from unknown number he answered when I asked him the refund he disconnected my call and blocked the number.. don't trust him, he will be good while taking the order and once our things reach his place he wont be responsive from then . I will be raising this issue in consumer compliant. be careful with the positive reviews given by himself above. don't trust this logistics..
