Very very bad service, I courier 8 days before and till my Rakhi couldn't reach home, I have never seen this kind of service, very poor, I m trying to contact the branch head , everybody their number Is switch off, some times not even answering the call, what is this service, you people are ready to help, then why did you open the business, if courier head is of no help to you then what can we expect from others.

The worst services ever, they don't receive a call, bull shit courier service.

No response from Customer Care. Highly dissatisfied with DTDC service. It's pathetic all over the country if compared to other renowned logistic services.

Very bad service. I don't know why theyare providing service . My brother send me mobile through DTDC, 4 month passed still it wont come. Then I ask them for refund money. They postponed the date, I am totally frustrated by their service. I want my money back .
