Very very worst service.... my parcel is in the office since 5 days but these people are not answering my call or delivering the parcel... At least small companies are better than DTDC

Sent a courier to Delhi and Orissa through DTDC. Their service was very good and they delivered my courier on time with safety. They charged a nominal amount for the service and I am satisfied with their service.

Send my courier within kolkata through this courier service. Their service was substandard and moderate since the courier did not reach quickly. The charged 90 for the courier.
