DTDC Courier Service Kacheripady Cochin

If there is an option for minus rating I could choose. Very poor response and working. Booked an important parcel to Kannur from Bangalore. Charged more than usual saying next day delivery. They connected parcel to cochin instead of Kannur now it is untracable. useless customer care not even picking calls. Friends please opt any other company but a BIG NO for DTDC.

No ownership, an important document could not even be tracked and none of the branches are accessible. None in Cochin even answer the call. DTDC not reliable
