Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

I asked for urgent parcel dtdc plus n after 6 days it reached from Kerla

most pathetic service. bad delivery boys, people at the desk dont know english and they expect the customer to call one phone number after another. highly condemn.

My parel from delhi, is still with them and they are not even answering the fone, somebody picked up the phone the fifth time I called and disconnected it. After that I am unable to get through, they have kept the phone dc that means, I am highly disturbed and dissapointed. My order was from amazon.in #amazonindia
