Horrible Experience! Stay Away From This Operator! Their sales team is fraudulent and misleading. 1. Hotel pickup: upon arrival stated that big cars are not allowed in city so did not pickup from hotel. The sales staff, Afsana, we were in contact with till the last day resigned the day we landed! 2. Confirmed that the places suggested by them will be open; we understand that these people cant control nature, but then they must charge for the services provided. Driver picked us up at 7am in Lachen and informed that Gurudongmar is closed, drove for only 9-10kms and left us back in the hotel around 9:30am! Then left. Lachen is a small village with no tourist attraction and we were left on our own to do nothing. Same thing happened in Lachung. There was no alternative provided, full amount of money taken. 3. They blackmailed us - when we raised these concerns to them on Day2, they asked the driver to stop the car in the middle of nowhere. 4. In a full meal plan, meal on route not give

Aak cruiser travel agent is one of the cheapest,looting,rubbish and fraud. Dont book through with aak cruiserI had taken a package of north east area but aak cruiser given confirmation of which I selected and taken amount after reaching my destination hotel given forcely and pressurized gor cheapt type of lodge. These type of travel agent looting amount by guest even they dont provide good transportation also... really disappointed and cheap type of travel agent if you have problem during package they dont want receive your call ignore directly Requesting to all customer dont book with this Aak cruiser silliguri full wastage of your money...Bad experience??????????

Last year after bijaya dashimi we booked the tour in hurry, generally when you have to book tour during puja you have to book earlier. however fortunately we got to know about AKK crusier when the car service was refused by Hotel Rapking in Darjeeling. Though we didnt booked any tour package with them but their team and Mr Amit bhaiya ne really help kiya hum logo ko regarding best tourist spots in Darjeeling.
