I am using Aquaguard since last 5 years and my machine has since always been under AMC. Since the renewal of the AMC last year, no personnel has attended for servicing of the same. I got a msg from DM-EUREKA on 06.07.16 that Mr.Navajit Kalita will attend my service request no 9916347683 very soon. He called my number and fixed the time on 9.6.16 at 4 pm. To my utter disgust and disappointment he has not turned up or contacted till 14.06.16. This is the quality of customer service of the company.
