POOR SERVICE Brought RO for Rs 25000 and AMC for 2 years Rs10500. Logged complaint on 1st Jan 2025 , Till now nobody came for service. Called customer service several time,they say high priority for servicing my RO. But poor people they can only say. Feed up of this behavior by these people.

There is no negative stars otherwise i would have given negative rating. Despite repeated service request and escalation nothing has been done. Finally, I had to pay Rs 1400 for repairs to on of the Franchise: I will soon take this matter to court through PIL as many of our office employees are also facing such unprofessional response from Eureca Forbes: It has further been revealed that this is no more an American Company/ Tata but Chinese Company that is why the services are like this but this is not going to last for ever luike this!

Found it very difficult to trace the number and register the complaint. Poor response. Purchasesd new one just few days ago and it is not operating properly . Till now service not provided to solve the problem. Regretting why purchased thus.
